I started in tech consulting helping companies to streamline their processes. That taught me how to structure messy problems and talk to stakeholders. But I wanted to be closer to what actually gets built, so I pivoted into product management, and I've been shipping since.
I'm investing in the technical side of product. Not to become an engineer, but to understand how things work end-to-end. Right now that means shipping side projects, building with AI, and writing about what I learn.
